baat mere nahi aaj oske dil ki thi~
zaur tha kitna bas ye dekhna tha~
shola sangdili ka humein bhi saikna tha~
khaana zakham mera bas shauk tha~
dekhaana marham oska mehiz ek zauk tha~
zakham toh kabhi bharra nahi~
marham bhi par kabhi lagga nahi~
baat thi k kahan tak chali gayi~
dil ki mere dil mein he reh gayi~
saaqi ki mehr peh jeeta tha~
mein oske haath jaam e wafa peeta tha~
utra par jab nasha toh sanaata tha tanhaayi ka~
zarra har ek gawaah tha faqat bewafaayi ka~
lagta tha jaise koi dabbay paaon aata tha~
aur dil ki deewaar ko chupke sai dhaata tha~
tamanaaon ka shehr bas shakal e khandraat hooa~
afwaaon ka zehr akhar baais e wajuhaat hooa~

HK bhai... Hikmat is in my white blood cells. Even though I took advanced level courses in Pre-med (Bhoondi 11 and Awaragardi 12). They were not accepted as pre-req in Medical college. But as evident, I would make an awesome neem-hakeem.
Sum-Ji.. You can also have some paratha to strengthen your Urdu, with makhan ka paira on top to help you sing Jugni after meals.

Laal bhai.. apni Urdu ko desi ghee kay parathay khilao.. Malai kay saath or rubbri wala doodh bhi pilana. Afaaqa ho ga Inshallah.
The problem with angraizi medium is that Urdu mediums like me don't get it when they are messing up or messing around. :)
