has added a new journalgroundbeef
salt
red pepper
tumeric
ginger/garlic paste
cumin powder
coriander powder
crushed onion
Add all the ingredients and shape into tiny meatballs. Brown in small amount of oil and add water, just enough to cover the kababs. Cover and cook on medium low heat until all the water evaporates and the kababs are well cooked.
Samosas
chapathi flour
salt
yeast (enough to make the flour rise)
oil (for frying)
Add the ingredients. Then, slowly, keep adding water until you have a thick mixture...not like dough for roti...but not a paste either...break off a small part, with both hands stretch it out and drop in the hot oil...deep fry until it's done on the inside, too...but don't let it burn on the outside...you might have to keep adjusting the heat to make sure its right...drain on paper towels. You can fry 5 or 6 at a time.
Then, tear off a piece of the samosa, dip it in green chutney, and eat it with the kabab...YUMMMMMYYYY...SO SO delicious!!!
