I sing it.
bIsm Allah ir Rahmaan ar Raheem ar Razzaq.
Al Hameed al Majeed, al Shadeed - al Jadeed!
bIsm Allah ir Rahmaan ar Raheem al kareem
al Adheem wal Qadeem, ar Rahmaan ar Raheem!
(and so on and so forth.. a good reason to learn the 99 Glorious Names, and not stop merely there. Read the dua with 1000 Divine Names. What's the name of it?^)

1)
Bism Allah,
Jazak Allahu kheir for the dua of the little boy who was dying. I had one question though, is Al Jadeed one of Allah's 99 names?
2)
Sorry, I just did a bit more research (I simply pulled up a website) and here are my findings.
www.dawateislami.net
Listed at the 99 names of Allah Subhanahu wa Ta'ala that have been known internationally. Al Jadeed isn't mentioned and when looking at "Al Hayy" and "Al Qayoom" (The Alive and The Self-subsisting) the meaning of The New doesn't make sense, the opposite of which will be "The Old" because if He Subhanahu wa Ta'ala was New then one day He could be Old, which is ridiculous and cannot be part of our belief (may Allah forgive me).
I'm sincere and not trying to admonish you. Simply sharing my findings and hope that when someone finds my understanding to be at fault to try and explain what they believe is correct.
Jazakum Allah kheir,

Salaam!
But don't you know that Allah is Al-Qadeem!! The Ancient!! That name means "older than old," (search it out) and I translate it as "The EVER-BEEN." So being straightforward, your logic is founded on a hollow pillar, dear sister. Why? Because by your logic it would mean that He must be the opposite as well, right? So does that mean that Allah is constantly "Re-inventing" Allah!!?? Eternally-New? Never the same again? But isn't that what reality is? (Nouzbillah, what I am I SAYING!! Right? But I love Allah, so I am not one to follow anything but truth, and that is why I say: ) Time to abandon this logical base and find a new arithemetic sistah. This is important!
What do I mean? What am I talking about? I'm talking about the PLAIN AND SIMPLE understanding of Islam which sys that "something is EITHER wrong or right". It can't be both. But then how do you explain surah al-Waqiah? And countless other places in al-Quran? And thousands upon thousands of Divine names of Allah that are openly hidden within it? I am trying to open your mind, if you are not afraid of trusting this teacher and trying to creep, ever so carefully, further and further into my words. Salaam O Alaikum wa Rahmah tul LAh!.
I am a teacher who taught high school Math and Physics at Madrasatu Ahlis Sunnah (school of the Islamic Center of America, Newark, NJ. thesunnah.org > Maktabatu Ahlis Sunnah, but the link is down presently.) A teacher is what I am. And this is what I have seen. If you care to learn, I say this seriously:
Go to the Mathematics village, and read my (or Superman's) JE on 4-Dimensions THREE TIMES (please.) I say three times because you have to read it three times to understand, unless if you are capable if amazing comprehension. That's how many times a (famous) muslim musician said he had to read it in order to understand it. And I am about to add an addition to that JE. So I hope you are able to view it before it changes into a serious work.
It is important you correct your 3-Dimensional "schooled" thinking. You have to unschool yourself, and if you care to learn, then please - I implore you - prove it. Go to this JE and tell me if you are capable of understanding that WE LIVE IN A 4 DIMENSIONAL WORLD. This is not 3-dimensional reality, and the fact that we are lied to by our mathematics boooks and teachers doesn't change the REALITY. If you are capable of grasping this point, then you recognize that reality is fluid, and just because you were _taught_ that 1+1=2 doesn't necessarily mean that there aren't segments within OUR reality where that doesn't hold true.
I am taking this route to respond to you because you have demonstrated a boolean understanding of Islam to me. Boolean means along BASE 2. ON or OFF. Good or Bad. Allah or Shairtan al-Laeen ar-Rajeem. I can deal with that, if your desire is to learn and you will be true to yourself. How I will deal with that is by demonstrating to you that GOOD and BAD are segments of a plain. If all possibilities and options LIKE YIN & YANG or BLACK OR WHITE (or like doing or saying thing that are opposites according to your understanding: Saying Allah's name from within the 99-known ones, or from the infinitely many that ARE) are 1 or 0 (as in computers) then we need to understand that 1 and 0 are not merely limited to one plane (i.e., 2 dimensional). It is more than 3 dimensional even. 3-dimensions is the world of ant! They do not see reality as we do. They see only a flat plain all around their 3 front sides. They don't see up or down except a brief angle, because they don't need to. If you want to visualize this, cut a thin line across a piece of paper and put it infront of your eyes. The strip of a sight that you see is what ants see. Or do you know that already? So an ANT is limited to 3-dimensions, and therefore dosn't know that there's stuff going on above it, most of the time. So what if you're being lied to, and being asked to not know the truth that you can come in and out of closed spaces, because there's always another way. No, I'm not being NEO from Matrix. I am being me.
If you care to learn then please ask me questions, and help me make this intention (to teach) a success. But do comment, please, all readers. Yes, that means you, if you've gotten this far; and accept my salaam whether you accept the invitation or not.
ONCE you learn that reality is not three-dimensional, I wll be able to talk to you of the best example, that if integrating a sphere, or a closed structure, in 4 dimensions.... and doing so while examining how the bad interacts with the GOOD, the lack-of-knowledge with KNOWLEDGE, and the desire-to-manifest with MANIFESTATION, etc.. *smile* Its a bit advanced at the present, so "don't get weary in well doing" as the Injeel says. I want to get you to the point where I can discuss a TETRAHEDRON (gooogle it and learn!) as an intersection of 4-planes. Once we can do that, we're past considering the triangles that form a tetrahedron (i.e., any triangle with one external, fourth point OUTSIDE THE PLANE OF THE TRIANGLE, which is connected to every other point - thus forming 4 triangles, 3 of which are outside the plane of the original triangle. Imagine the pyramids in Egypt, with a triangle for a base, instead of a square. That's a tetrahedron.) Once we can discuss that, we will be able to understand from stories and examples DIRECTLY from AL-QURAN. Like how Musa (AS) was puzzled at the actions of Khidhr (AS) which SEEMED bad, but were good in the higher scheme of things. If you understand your limitation in understanding that story, then be welcomed to the company of a teacher who has sought to learn the same, and is now blessed to be in a space of sharing what he continues to learn.
Salaam.
Oh yeah, forgot the oridinal point: So, what say you? Would you like the name of the Dua? (Or do you want the Dua itself?-)
Was Salaam
Abbas Uquaab.

May Allah give you tawfeeq (success) in every step you take, and make every breath one that will bring you closer to Him and His pleasure. May Allah accept our duas for ourselves, our loved ones and all the Muslimeen. Ameen.

Alhamdulillah! Wa be'izn Allah may the same always be true for you as well, and may you enlighten infinite souls through the enlightenment you gain yourself by the efforts you make in sincerity.
I truly hope you engage this learning on the Dua's and Mathematics village. I taught in a Salafi school for a year, and know how the simple thinking with which a vast majority approaches islam is amazing for existance within the plane of a simple, nomadic, desert life. But in the vast cultural context of wastern existentialism (not to mention all else) it is important to supplement/augument this understanding with a grasp of higher-dimensional boolean logic; because there are things about islam which will not make sense unless approached from a place of higher learning. Khidhr (AS)'s example being just one of them. "Seek knowledge, even unto China" (necessarily meaning to learn from non-muslims!) has many more reasons than just the enlightenment of the race. The meanings of the Quran itself start to reveal themselves to you when you approach it from a place of deeper understanding of yourself and the world around you. I am willing to work, right here, to further that understanding. I am requesting you see my neeah, and attempt to make a similar neeah - as any teacher/student needs a student/teacher. A Guide needs those who are asking questions, and I am nothing more. In order for me to be even _that_, I need your questions to continue. Anything you do not understand in my words, Insha-Allah would you please ask me? I would be honored to continue this. And lets do it right on the Village JE for all to benefit from.
Was Salaam o Alaikum wa Rahmah tul Lah'i wa Barakaatuhoo.

Okay, permission is, so here is the response. The JE is now changing into the conversation. Salaam.buzzaz
I was just asked by a village member about a name I referred to in here.. the response is so lovely, I am considering putting it here. Do I have your permission, ya member? *Smile*Salaam.

I want to wish everyone a happy and healthy Ramadan Mubarak. May Allah hear our prayers. Please say a prayer for Azmat Mushtaq who is in critical condition at Lutheran Medical Center with a gun shot wound to his head due to a robbery gone bad. May Allah forgive our sins and also forgive the beautiful, vibrant Azmat and give him second chance at life.
Sincerely,
Naseem
