STARVATION OF THE PALESTINIAN PEOPLE
When: June 8 from 4-6 PM
Where: Harvard Square (to coincide with the Harvard graduation)
We would ask your group to co-sponsor this event to answer the call issued
by Gush Shalom and other Israeli peace groups and joined by Palestinian
political movements to denounce the boycott of the democratically-elected
Palestinian Authority, and the humanitarian crisis which this has generated.
We would like to include the name of your organization on a handout which
will:
. detail conditions on the ground
. ask people to call their Senators to oppose the Palestinian
Anti-Terrorism Act
. ask for donations for medicines and food which will be delivered to the
West Bank on June 10 and for the Gaza Mental Health Foundation.
Please let us know ASAP whether your group will support this effort. We
would like to include the name of your organization on the flyer which is
being prepared this weekend.
