Thanks for the link mona, my brother has been buying trees off the net like no tomorrow, i am sure he'd appreciate buying a citrus tree called palestine..u know u stepped in a pali property when u see fig trees are planted all over the place..haha ahh welaa not to forget zatoon yakhtee.. :D

I think using a mulching mower, handpicking weeds, and watering deep but not often helps maintain a green lawn, also make sure that you mark the brown patches/most stepped on patches so you dont stump on the tender shoots.Use liquid lawn feed, although an organic feed is the best.

ok, that Sea World lawn care section is great BUT, what can u do with burned lawn spots from your neighbor's dogs who do "things" there?

I have some bermuda here, too in the front lawn. Supposed to be drought resistent, but there's some downsides- they grow on underground runners, so they can theoretically take over areas where you might not want it. Believe it or not, San Diego's Seaworld website has some info on local lawn care, lol! www.seaworld.org

the aphids I saw earlier have developed into outright colonies. They're in love with my tomato plants, and I want them GONE! So far, no ill effects on the plants, but I've read they can spread viruses to plants, killing them.
Neem oil? Where can I buy it? Is it at regular gardening stores, or do I need to go online?
