Yah Atif you are right - when I was promoting it was mainly my boys I would set up for the venue but the thing was my boys were unbelievable. I think that is probably why we became friends, they had real talent lol

it seems that now its really which promoter the dj knows. there are quite a number of nyc places where the dj is average at best, but he/she is playing a "hot" venue. Thank God for the Underground.....

I'm catching Infusion (playing live) tomorrow night....really psyched for their show.

Yah it was at your boys place Tanveer, Aubergine- we spotted for their bottle service in the "dance" section of the club. Two of the promoters came up to me to tell me this guy is awesome, he is from jersey - if I like his stuff they will score me a CD. All this raving and it just was awful, we ended up going to the hip hop room (which was cool I ran into Marlon Wayans) but man that DJ just ruined it....

IT sucks when you are getting your groove on and the DJ is not SMOOTH!! Once - understandable but 3-5 times in an hour?? Not cool....

either the record is scratched or someone bumped the turntable...........if not that, the dj sucks
