Does Islamic law require Muslim countries to provide refuge to those fleeing persecution? This is a question brought up in one of my villages but no one seems knowledgeable enough to answer it. Thus this journal. (I'd appreciate specific quotes from the Qur'an and Hadith rather than, 'I think so' comments. Thanks.)

Alright so this is probably a long shot, but does anyone on Naseeb ride dirt bikes (off road motorcycles ? not mountain biking)? Sort of a redneckish hobby of mine... Me and my buddies are always looking for new folks to ride with and particularly new places to ride (VA/MD/PA areas). In case there are dirt bike enthusiasts on naseeb, myself and a friend have a trip planned August 26 ? mountain areas around Waynesboro, VA. Anyone interested?
