4th of July weekend.


what is everyone doing this coming July 4th week end?

I think im going to the mosqe friday, saturday out to the park and some fireworks, sunday fishing and BBQ and than monday im not sure yet :)

Lets hope teh weather holds up!!! (H)

OHIO... forget the fireworks man those cops will give u tickets just for driving at the max speeding limit #: ... 1 mile over u get a warning 5 over u'r sure for a ticket and anything more... u have to forget u were going somewhere

you can get all kinds of fireworks from OHIO :) its legal there. Just becareful, the cops on the border will be looking out :).

yep man what ever goes up in the sky and blows up is called rockets... atleast it use to back home in india... it wasn't easy to hold it on ground straight up with one hand and light it with another lolzz any unbalancing and u know u'r in trouble...

I think here it's called either starlight, helicopter-type flyer or a comet... I don't know were I will be able to get it but just typing michigan fireworks rules in google brings up lots of regulations and violation details... ohhh cra-p a misdemeanor offense *:

4th must be alright... can't really tell yet...

the fireworks here sucks their is no fun... I remember back in india my friends and I use to put a metal box on top of a medium size bomb and when it light up watch the metal box fly high in the air lolz it was fun... well atleast until the box didn't landed on someone else house... I guess here the safety is good but even after being 21 one can't get rockets and other type of cool stuff... I guess one has to just sit on their butt and say wow that's so neat to these well choregraph fireworks *:

ladies, ladies :)

fireworks are bad, i mean good, i remmeber when i was a kit we use to sit in the middle of the street and do fireworks. I guess they are not legal specifically for kids is because they do not know hwo to handle them correctly.

Good Luck on your test, that sux, i hope you do well.

well anyone can buy matches. a 12 year old could buy a match and throw it in someone's gas tank. what makes fireworks so much worse?

lol that's funny... :D i've done that too though lol... i used to work at a store that sold beer and one time this guys bought an arizona iced tea can, which looked like a beer can and i asked him for ID... then my co-worker was like what are you doing? lol and i was *:

i think you have to be 18 so you're at least mature enough not to burn anybody with it. one time my friend's sister burned her face... their neighbors were doing fireworks and i guess it burned the guy's hand so he just threw it and it hit her face!! #: she was ok after a few days though luckily.

eww. :( I'm sorry to hear that! Good luck. I'm usually quite partial to driveway fireworks and sparklers. They're fun to look at. Or better yet, go see real fireworks if I can. haha that reminds me... one time i was with a friend and we were buying fireworks at a drugstore. So the lady behind the counter says to me "umm..you have to be 18 to buy those" So i said yes I know, and i handed her my ID. my ID says "under 21 till " and "under 18 till " so she's like reading my ID slowwwwly "under.... 21......." and then she looks at me really funny and says (like she's cracking a murder case or something) "under 18 untill......". I didn't say anything, i just waited for her to figure out that the date had long since passed. she eventually did. why do you have to be 18 to buy fireworks anyways?

well considering our lovely circuits professor is Jordanian, we have an exam the day after every holiday!!! *:

so i will be spending friday, sat, sun, mon, and tue studying!!! :* :#
