Yes, its that time of year again. All the new students and residents/interns descend upon various hospitals throughout the nation. Suddenly...lives are in their hands. Having fully mastered the Kreb's cycle and how many layers a cell wall has....the only logical step is to let them loose on an unsuspecting and unwary public.

Questions like "Dr, how many times have you done this before?" and "Are you really old enough to be a doctor" will resonate through the halls of venerable medical establishments like cries for mercy.

Spooked newbies will have seconds to reply in a manner that will keep the sick from getting even sicker..."Well....I cant even count the number of times I've done this procedure before!" is one popular retort..a retort that while misleading certainly cannot be construed as an outright fib.

Another response that has gained some momentum over the years is "yes, i am very young..but im also a genius..if you want ill go get another older Dr. to help you who isnt as smart as I am..." This is the Doogie Howser reply. It must be used with caution as it can backfire like a 79 pinto in the wrong hands.
