Lets figure out the core stuff in the first stanza:

2) Na-Muhkami dil ki

The illness, the problem , the cursed that we have it on ourself by ourself (as a Muslim Nation) is very simple to understand yet we think hard to solve. Reliance, dependancy, Expecting from others beside Allah, fighting and arguing on small matters , and divided ourself in to zillion pieces, not allowing ourself to understand the Koran, lazy on applying the Sunah in our day-to-day life, we made choices on the basis of our Nafs, instead of the guidance and rules provided us that encompass every bit of our life. We are not so "courgeous" to apply those rules in true senses. Actually we do modify some stuff on the basis of our choice, though we can't modify the koran, but yes we do modify the "understanding".

These are the illness that we have, now the solution? Nishat, I am lil bit confused with that word, Ab-e-Nishat means i think Ab-e-Hiyat? The magical water that can give us the Eternal Life, now to get the eternal life, now how we can have thta "Eternal Life" , well over here first let me explain the meaning of Eternal Life , it means, the true essence of life, to get to know the "real life" that we have, the knowledge of innerself, the way to spend the real life is by understanding the real lesson from Koran, and applying them in our day-to-day life, by following the Sunah in its deepest detail, because Koran is like Reference Book, and Huzoor Peace Be Upon Him's Life is like "How-To" Guide for us, how to apply every bit that described in Koran , crystal and precisely.

Well thats all , thats I got it from that the above captioned Iqbal's Stanza.
