Well well..so many thoughts and all focus at one point. All politicians are the same kind. They think that they are leaders, well yes they are, but they lead people by playing with their sentiments. No doubt Jinnah was THE primary figure in diving the subcontinent on religious basis, but he himself was a secular person. Marrying a non Muslim lady, living and dealing every day with people of so many religions, (not to forget earlier he himself was a part of Congress). But, when it came to leading a country, he created one for himself. Found no other basis but religion. So are the Advanis et al. They raised the mandir issue when the found no other issue to come to power (play with religious sentiments) and then when it did not work out for long, he wants to gain by some other means (what could be better than Jinnah?? So, they all are of same category. Our upbringing (in the sub continent) is such that none of us is a hardliner inside. (So are the politicians). But these politicians are hipocrites and play games for their own benefits..No one to blame. All is fair in love and war. They love to be in power. And elections are wars..
