Last Wednesday and Thursday... Oct 19 & 20 th... I saw the boys at the MCI center in DC....
my 4th and 5th shows respectively... GA, on the floor both nights... 8 feet from the outside of the ellipse...
2 hours and 15 minutes of chills... sore calves from jumping up and down... and no voice from belting out Where the Streets... With or Without You... Vertigo... One... Out of Control... I Will Follow.... .... and everything else they sang...
simply amazing. no other band can evoke such emotion and command an audience as such....
And this is why U2 is the essence of THE rock band.
