Dua in any language is fine, but in Arabic would be better. I Haven't heard special dua for getting a job, but maybe the closest dua for this is "dua for one whose affairs have become difficult" :

Allahumma laa sahla illa maa ja'altahu sahlan wa Anta taj'alul-hazna itha shi'ta sahlan (O Allah! There is no ease except in that which you have made easy, and You make the difficulty, if You wish, easy.)

Or this dua: Hasbunallaahu wa ni'mal wakeel (Allah is sufficient for us and how fine a Trustee (He is))
