Anybody Knows Anybody that Got Green Card though The Diversity Lottery

The question is more specific even, do u know any of those people Personally that got the Green Card through the Diversity Lottery while residing in the US?

The question is about People that did the Diversity lottery, and recieved a letter of selection, while they resided in the US. What did they have to do (Adjustment of Status), When did they file for it? and how long did it take them before they got it?

i know at least 10 people who won. HERE IS SOMETHING U NEED TO PAY ATTENTION TO: in the list of things they require u to bring when u show up for the interview, they do NOT require u to get the letter telling u that u won. but u DO have to bring that with u otherwise u risk getting ur lotterydenied as it happened to one person.

The question is posted in the JE please reviw and ask for me if possible

plus if you go to the INS websitem they tell what countries can apply and so forth.
I believe it's ins.gov and from their u search for lottery GCs.

applications are accepted starting Nov of every year.

yes there was one Syrian that I know of.She is a sister of a friend.She applied to it while she was residing in the US.The Egyptions some of them got it in the States and some when they were back in the middleeast.
Sorry none of these friends are naseeb memebers :(but I can ask one of them who's a close friend your questions,if you want.
