Is anyone here from the Computer Science. I am CS major starting in bio-informatics.
So want to know if anyone is in the same boat.

Thanks, I saw your message today. Yes its an exciting field to be in.

It must be good for you since you studied both. For me its is different story. I am getting a feel of genetics now. So what do you do?

I studied both Computer Science and Genetics! There are loads of books out there! :) Bioinformatics is quite an exciting field to be in!

No, but I have a friend who's done his BSc in Biomedical Science and Molecular Biology, who is now doing his Masters in something regarding bioinformatics.
