salam

i was just wondering if there are any girls who are interested in getting marry or finding a guy on naseeb? Or they just come here for fun?

Cuz i know alot of guys who are looking for girls everywhere including some in my own family, but i dont know why its so hard to find girls here.

Like i have seen alot of villages where they reserve the place just for shadi purpose. Those who do join those villages are they really interested or not. ? if they are then how do we know?

Because i know alot of guys here looking for girls, but didnt see many or even few girls who are interested in any proposals...

Or give me any suggestion to find girls on naseeb if there are any ?

yeah mahvish, that would be a nice idea... you should put soul mate in your profile if you are really looking.

yeah contacts meaning rishta karene wali aunties or bajis or watever who may have proposals. i am making a database of people who are interested here on naseeb and if i know some in real then i will add their information as well. wat do u think.. so far i have 2 girls and 2 guys... three of em are on naseeb and in real..

I whole-heartedly agree with Hanza, especially for guys...women seeking a soul-mate are scarier to us comittment-phobic men than mutant trolls. Seriously why can't men and women alike just learn to "roll with it"?

I think a lot of guys and girls don't really know what they are looking for on this site (and other sites like Naseeb). They may e-mail you back and forth with a harmless flirtation on their minds. Sometimes it gets serious, sometimes it gets ugly, sometimes it turns into a good amicable relationship and sometimes it just fizzles out over time. That's what happens in real life too. So don't treat/expect from this site anymore or less than in real life

Yes exactly, We are here for many reasons...and i dont think shaddi is always on evrybody minds..i prefer to become friends first then think about guy in a shaddi way.

hcmq is right. Its very hard for guys to know who is actually interested in knowin the guy more. Alot of em simply dont reply after reading it, and it gives guy a strange feeling in the end which isnt helpful. Cuz i know alot of females who are in their late 20s and still not here to look out for guys.
I guess may be guys should try to be their friends firend before asking if they are here for shadi purpose.

yeah i think girls should msg guys as well, its not pakistan where proposals have to come only from guys family.

I personally think that almost everybody who are single ae looking for their soulmate. Its just meeting the right person at right time.

Again, my point is this is a good medium to 'get your foot in the door'..'put yourself out there'. Believe me, us men are partly responsible for tarnishing our reputations, but I can assure you there are plenty of men out there who are tired of having failed and/or meaningless relationships and are looking to settle down. I personally know a bunch who don't know where else to look. As for the travelling issue, the pattern I've seen is as follows: you exchange a couple of emails/journals, you start chatting, you start talking on the phone...I think that gives you ample opportunity to gauge a person on the other end of the line and if you find it's worth it you meet up. You keep your options wide open that way.

I agree w/ Kazmania. Online gives us a lot of freedom to meet and talk to different people w/o the hassles and family pressures. Plus alot of naseebers include myself travel frequently domestically and internationally so the distance shouldn't be too much of an issue.

Mahvish I understand your challenge, but don't you think cyberspace is a much better medium to at least "put yourself out there" so to speak? Weddings, family functions and social events are such a pressure cooker for us (as well as our parents ofcourse) for matchmaking. At a place like Naseeb you control your own pace. If it's a different state you have the opportunity to find out if a person in question is even worth considering an alien zip code. Fortunately for a lot of us, it's not too unusual to shlep to a different town on a "business trip" and meet someone you met on Naseeb. I think its a good start

I am sure there are alot of other girls out side of this village as well. I wish if we can get all of em together under one village to help them find their match...

I am glad there are pplz who are interested in finding their soul mate. May be its because i am in this villages where pplz actually come for this purpose.
