APAF/May Asian hertiage month


Is everyone a member of the Asian Pacific American Forum? And has any attended any of this year's (May 05) APAF events at Mclean for May Asian heritage month? (what did you attend, any opinion?)
I went last year to the grand finale event, if you've never been its definatly worth checking out (this year it will be on May 26th in the conference rooms).

Nopes to the classic since i am not into golf, my sister however had a great time at the even.One funny story is one of the guys in my orientation class--he actually got a job at bah, because he was caddying for the CEO (Shrader) and thats how he got in!

winter party is an event that should be checked out at least once, never seen so much food in one place...especially the chocolate room (kind of like a scene out of willy wonka/charile and the chocolate facotory land). seems like apaf did a lot more stuff this year.it sux that i am off campus and usually too busy/tired to make the trip to go to these things. well theres a walk a thon for charity on oct 1st at reston town center bah is sponsering,if anyones interested in walking or donating, buzz me for more info.

i went the apaf stuff last year... saw those 2 little girls dance and all the booths. kasim was one of the models.. haha .. you guys know him?
yeah i checked out the picnic, pretty good. the winter party was cooler.
