Average $$ for a nice wedding outfit


Hey salaam all-
Quick survey that would really help me out:
How much would you say a nice, high end, custom made wedding outfit would cost in India/Pakistan. Im not talking about the ready made ones you can buy but the ones where you pick the color and all. If anyone can give me a range that would be cool- for example designer and non-designer.

ps- im thinking $500-1500 or is that waaaay off? Havent been to India or Pak since 1996 hence the cluelessness.

For a custom made, outfit with intricate handwork...average it like 1000 to 1700

it depends, if its for the bride, then the custom made, high end, hand made dress could go as high as 2000-2500 as well (but that is real high end) average high end would be around 1500

on the other hand if its just for the attendees, then just like ladymoon said, 300 a pop would cover you amply.

it'll probably be around 1000-1200 ..u'll be surprised how expensive the muthaland has become...juz the clothes i wore at my sisters wedding were about 300 a pop...but i had them all designed myself..so i guess u can figure it out from there...hope u get exactly what u want...congrats on ur wedding by the way :)...
