Our beloved Prophet (saw) never taught us violence. Simple example... what happened to him (saw) at Taif? He was beaten with stones and humiliated with the kind of punishment that is prescribed for adulterers... and yet... what did he (saw) say when asked what should be done to the people who humiliated him so badly? He could easily have asked Allah to curse them, and destroy them, and Allah is able to do all things, but he didn't. Instead, he said... "O Allah, forgive them. They do not know what they are doing." Now THAT is what our Prophet Muhammad (saw) has taught us... to forgive.

These cartoons don't even touch the surface of the kind of treatment the Prophet Muhammad (saw) received from the Quraish of Makkah. The ONLY time he fought them was when they attacked his people in Medina, and WITH THE PERMISSION of ALLAH (swt)!

Le premier ici :) --- Of course we have the right to be offended... and we have a full right to protest.... BUT NOT VIOLENTLY!!! Our protests should be totally peaceful, for no other reason EXCEPT to please Allah (swt) by standing up to defend His Messenger (saw)!

Sorry I understood only the title... my French is too rusty to understand the rest. Maybe someone can translate for me inshaAllah... and translate this to francais if necessary inshaAllah. Was-Salaam
