in this sunni-shia village, a little while back, i recall someone celebrating how this great alim became sunni. the salafis have really latched on to these one or two characters as their pride and joy, apparently in response to the large number of sunnis who become shia.
i say it's better to remain quiet then fabricate. and if you are going to invent some scholars at least attempt to do a good job.
the picture gave the game away immedeately, they put a picture of ayatullah zanjani, trying to pass him off as the mythical burqai.
