BAD DAYS AND HOW TO DEAL WITH THEM
Today April 29th, 2006 has been one bad day seems everything went wrong today and got bad news from all corners...I attempted to contact a friend to discuss a very important matter and couldn't get a hold of him, found out that my car has yet another puncture that is the second in as many weeks, found out my aunt had a major grease fire in her kitchen and saw a child cry himself to hysterics after he locked himself in a room...so pretty much i am not in a good mood...
How do u guys deal with bad days? what was ur worst days and how do u deal with them?

Being thankful for what you have makes you realize you aren't doing so bad afterall.
Thanks virgogirl will try this stuff out...thanks for the info i appreciate it:)
i am replying to ur query about head aches here - i would have emailed u but we are not connected.
1] do u wear spectacle or not? either way u may need to get ur eyes tested. even a small change in the eyesight will result in a headache
2] what kind of work do u do - sitting all day in front of a PC or been studying for an exam lately etc etc etc - that may need to be lessened a little or take breaks in between that allow u to rest ur eyes and head for 10 - 15 mins at a time
3] take a cup of black tea (with milk and a small amount of sugar) the tannin and the sugar will bring relieve a lot of stress, bring up the blood sugar level and the tea will also freshen u. don't over do this - 2 - 3 cup a day are adequate
4] get at least a 6 hour sleep at nite - and dont sleep too late - max 11pm on a week nite. always sleep late on one day of the weekend - u need it and ur body needs it.
5] take a Tylenol 500mg as soon as u feel the start of the headache and then lie down with ur eyes shut in a quiet room till u feel better.
6] drink at least 5 - 8 glasses of water and 1 bottle of Gatorade during the day, if ur into working out daily then add another 2 glasses of water. headaches are usually the first sign of dehydration.
tension headaches are not always connected to stress - they can be a sign that the body is physically tired, low of sugar and sleep
get some fresh air during the daylight at least once a day.
hope u wont develop one after reading this long long comment
