Bay Area Fundraiser for South Asia Earthquake
Moin Khan and Rashid Latif, former captains of the Pakistan National Cricket Team, recently returned from a visit to Pakistan with Islamic Relief, where the athletes had a chance to interact with the displaced victims.
Several months have passed since the earthquake, but the situation is still difficult. The athletes brought a brief moment of joy to children in the camps by playing a cricket match with them.
Moved by their experience, Khan and Latif and are looking forward to revisiting the affected areas. Prior to that, they will be visiting major U.S. cities to support Islamic Relief's fundraising efforts. Your assistance is needed to help rebuild lives and restore hope.
