This is a recipe for an asian noodle salad

Just get some bean sprouts and some cellophane noodles, enoki mushrooms and maybe some oyster mushrooms. mix it in a pan with some sesame oil, mayonnaise, sesame seeds and a little soy sauce. its good stuff.

oooooooooooh i have one for you: Thai noodle salad Depending on your taste you can use different kinds of lettuce (romaine, ice berg etc or get the stuff that looks like weeds its really good ) So your ingerdients Lettuce (of your choice) Red peppers in lengthwise slices Yellow peppers in lengthwise slices Peanut sauce Chopped Unsalted Peanuts and parsley to taste. Chinese noodles Grilled chicken breast Method: Wash and dry your lettuce then cut it by hand not with a knife otherwise it will go brown and your salad will be soggy. Then add your long slices of red and yellow peppers (you can also grill your peppers if you like the grilled taste to enhance their flavour and sweetness then cut them up). Add your boiled chinese noodles after you've drained them well. Now get some unsalted peanuts and cut them up. The peanut sauce I get usually comes a little too thick so I mix it with some olive oil and a bit of lime. Add to your salad, then add your lenghtwise slices of grilled chicken breast. Mix and your parsley and salt to taste, and enjoy. Inshallah your BBQ goes well :)

moroccan carrot salad

boiled diced carrots
chopped parsley
minced garlic (as much as you like)
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp ground cumino
cayenne pepper
salt
X virgin olive oil( if good quality a lots of it)
and lemon juice
mix everything together, and put it to cool
you can put the spices according to your taste, also if you want to add other boiled vegetables you can. it is tasty and healthy and different from the mayo stuff
hope you'll like it
