Being in Allah's presence (nearness)

The Ways to God are as numerous as the breaths of mankind. However to be Allah's Khalifa's on this planet, which is the most perfect state one can attain, can only be achieved by purifying ourselves of bad characteristics like how the Anbiyah & Awliya were and stressed to teach us. To reach this closeness with Allah; where you will roam the planet with His authority only, rather then out of selfishness .
Lots of people nowdays are living their lives under the hegemony of their ego's, who haven't started living in that state of 'Reality' yet, which starts when surrendering to His will; the inspiration of Allah in the heart/soul, doing that what your suppose to do, not seeking for any excuses and run away from responsibilities or letting yourself being mislead into doing that what your not really suppose to do, on any given moment of the day. Yes, it's that surrendering to the will of Allah which He is continuously inviting us for ?with Him in this state of unification .

It's the state when attained you sort of become one with Him, and in being so nothing will be hidden from you, obviously there will always be certain knowledges which will be uncomprehendible to your mind, but let's say seeing and hearing things unknown to common people, traveling in time, curing the sick with your hands, seeing and being with prophets or saints will be nothing strange to you.
You might say that's impossible, some others even go as far as to say shirk orso. But know that to say to a thing "Kun (be) and it will be" belongs to Allah, just like drawing life out of death and drawing death out of life, however, it is obligatory to also believe that Allah grants His permission to whomever He will without impediment (limits) whatsoever, as He did with Ibrahim (as) when he called the dead birds to life by Allah's permission, and as He did with Nabi Isa (as) when he raised the dead by Allah's permission.
And let it be clear that these things are not the objectives, but being with Allah is. Being with your lower self (shaytan, hawa (desires), dunya) is being in endless miseries, but being with Allah through fighting this lower self, is being with endless and ultimate pleasures.

In this short explanation lies Islam's message and truly there's no more to it. We can write endlessly about Islam but it all comes down to the point of surrendering to His will and acting accordingly to it not to get disconnected again.

O ye who believe! Observe your duty to Allah with the right observance, and do not die unless you have surrendered (unto Him)

The Prophet said, ?Allah says: I am just as My slave thinks I am, and I am with him if He remembers Me. If he remembers Me in himself, I too, remember him in Myself; and if he remembers Me in a group of people, I remember him in a group that is better than they; and if he comes one span nearer to Me, I go one cubit nearer to him; and if he comes one cubit nearer to Me, I go a distance of two outstretched arms nearer to him; and if he comes to Me walking, I go to him running.?

Allah said: My servant draws not near to Me with anything more loved by Me than the religious duties I have enjoined upon him, and My servant continues to draw near to Me with voluntary works so that I shall love him. When I love him I am HIS HEARING with which he hears, HIS SEEING with which he sees, HIS HAND with which he strikes, and HIS FOOT with which he walks. WHERE HE TO ASK SOMETHING OF ME, I WOULD SURELY GIVE IT TO HIM, and were he to ask refuge in Me, I would surely grant him it. Whosoever shows enmity to one of My Friends, I shall declare war on him.

He is the Knower of the Unseen, and He reveals unto none His secret save unto every messenger whom He has chosen

Nay they are the Friends of God, no fear shall come upon them neither shall they grieve.

And kept shall be the most faithful who gives his wealth, thereby purifying him, and who seeks to gain NO PLEASURE OR REWARD OTHER THAN THE PRESENCE OF HIS LORD, the Most High.

--- Because ---

All things (Heaven, Earth and all in between) perish except His face. His is the Judgement, and unto Him you shall be returned
