first off, you are the coolest girl i've ever meet tepidlove...
yeah, i love brian roberts... he completely tailed off in the second half, but he was still one of the better 2b in the league.

yes, arod does deserve the mvp in my opinion...ortiz is great, but he doesn't play any defense... literally since he's the dh....

also... the most underrated player for the year has to be jason bay... i can't even believe the stats this guy put up... and i've never even heard of him..

also, my predictions about the A's not making the playoffs were correct...chalk one up for me

Albert Pujols for sure hez been dominating this league ever since comin in and hasnt missed a beat even after gettin a huge contract he's still livin up to his hype and at this rate he'll be a hall of famer no doubt

The best breakout player of the year has to be Brian Roberts. He had an awesome first half and even though he is said to be struggling in the second half, he still gets atleast one hit per game. Slugging%, on-base %, RBIs, steals, this guy does it all.

There have also been a few pitchers unexpectdly having big years. Chad COrdero and Huston STreet have been lights out. And also, John Lackey is among the league leaders in strike outs and a big reason why the Angels are might go to play offs.

But unfortunately, its obvious that A-Rod is going to be MVP, even though it seems like all his homers are solo shots. In the NL, probably Pujols, although Derek Lee and Andruw Jones could make a run.

for the record, i'm pulling for the cubs, but I can't stand most cubs fans (too much of a blind following)... texeira is a good call and arod is amazing as always... he's playing amazing this year...

i think he's finally adjusted to ny... i did remember him playing for the mariners with griffey and the big unit.. don't know why they didn't go to the world series

sorry, the cubs aren't going to win it all this year... i'll be surprised if they make the playoffs... oh yeah, and you need to have kerry wood getting hurt every other start... houston's pitching is better (much better) and they're not going to even make it (there bats are better sans derek lee)
