BEST Supplement

Hey everyone,

I am doing some field research and had one question for you..

What is the best supplement you have ever taken? one that you would recommend unconditionally. One that clearly gave you noticeable results. I need company and product name. I know this is a bit of a general/loaded question but I'm just trying to get an idea from fitness people.

I take those vitamins also (mega woman). I dont know how good they are but I think its better than Centrum for me. personally I would like a multivitamin pill for women that does not contain much calcium/vitamin D, that way the pill wont be so huge, or the serving size wont be 2 pills. Then I can take a seperate calcium/D pill on days I need to.

thanks JazzyJaan. That website has good prices, and not bad even with the 6.95 shipping.

Thanks. I checked out the site, and saw another ON product: bodybuilding.com
Have you tried that?
Do you take amino acid supplements (I know some protein powders have this, dont know if its necessary.)

Check out BodyBuilding.com
I have been buying all my supplements from that store for the past five years or so; cheap prices and wicked fast deliveries.
Oh and they usually give you a free and delicious protein bar for free =)

For protein powder, I would say 100% whey protein from Optimum nutrition; cheap, effective and tastes great.
As for creatine, only one word; No-Xplode. Believe me, that's like enriched uranium in a can. Tastes awesome too, though it's little pricey =/
