Hi the book is a great book, I read it as part of my nutrition and fitness research.

Its a very good starting point, and if followed correctly will benefit you a lot. However the book does seem to stress importance of supplements, mostly theirs (which I have to admit they have some good stuff)

If you want to read or expand you knowledge on Nutrition I would personally recommend to you a book called 'The Optimum Nutrition Bible' by Patrick Holford

Its a good book, and will give you a better understanding of how nutrition works.

Good luck in achieving your goals.

I think thats an excellent book for begginers. There are a lot of myth busters in there. I think if you customize his tips for yourself you can get great results.

it's a good book.. great one for begginers.. motivatoinal.. esp if you're trying to lose fat...
however, if you're skinny and you want to gain muscle mass.. i'd recommend a different book..
