Bj?rk

I remember her when she was in the Sugarcubes.

I love what she can do with her voice. Not many people explore the potential of their own voices the way she does.

She even had a whole album that was made up of nothing but voices, bells and chimes.

And I actually like her sense of style too, it's sophisticated, quirky, cute and sensual, just like she is.

Yes, she's unique and I find such beauty in that. I love the pic of her above... She was doing the 'Geisha' look (and doing it well) before anyone else really cottoned onto it... Yes, the swan dress! I think she looked amazing in it. Have you seen that film 'White Chicks'? There's a fashion show scene in it where the undercover (black) cops (posing as 'white chicks') come out wearing swan dresses that look absolutely awful on them, it's pretty funny lol

Talking of 'It's oh so quiet', a scene from that vid illustrates the 'Lyrical Lives' village which kind of compliments this village!

BTW Emms (or anyone) have you seen 'Dancer in the Dark'? It's an excellent movie, I havent seen the ending yet though, I lost my DVD and it's yet to turn up... Hmmm...

my fav album is post, because the songs are so different, there is the famous "Its oh so quiet" then the angry "Army of me" then "Hyper-ballad" and "Headphones" all exccellent tracks but so very different and all on the same album.
