Blogs, Naseeb Journals, Livejournal?

Assalam alaikum,
I hope some of you will be able to read this inshaAllah.

As I browse through journals on this site, I wonder how many people here rely on Naseeb alone to post their thoughts to the larger public or whether they also maintain blogs (blogger.com, MSN spaces, other blog spaces out there) or live journals online. Furthermore, I was wondering how people who have both their own online space and use naseeb maintain both online blogs and their naseeb journals, i.e. do they copy posts from one to the other? do they reserve some posts for one forum and other posts for the other?

I tend to be wordy and confusing. So, I am basically interested in seeing what you have to say about the following:

a- Do you keep or maintain your journal on Naseeb on a regular to semi-regular basis (regular is at least weekly, semi-regular is at least monthly)?

b- Other than Naseeb, do you have an online blog or website where you record your thoughts/writing?

c- If you write regularly/semi-regularly in both online site(s) or blog(s) and Naseeb journals,

i-do you post the same information to both?

ii-do you utilize one more than the other? if so, which? can you shed some light on that?

There. I've over-complicated something very simple. I can now rest :))

Interesting to see what people have to say. Appreciate your insights :))

take care all and assalam alaikum

I was just wondering this from the point of view of how people express themselves and maintain multiple spaces, or if they do that. I have seen some very interesting journal entries and that got me thinking.

Interesting. Thanks for the input. I do have a site... somewhere, but I think I put it up in one of those "must claim my space online" moments. No blog or anything, just a few pictures. I did get a blog on blogspot/blogger but that was actually to test something out for a group articles list that I was helping out with. I have written a few journal entries - more so recently - but it's not a regular phenomenon. I transferred some poetry from my old site to the journal, but no other transfers apart from that.

Thank you both for responding :))

I used to maintain my journal on Naseeb on a regular basis but not anymore. I have a blog at blogspot. However, I hardly ever update it. Usually I write something on Naseeb and then copy it on blogspot account. I use Naseeb more.

Naseeb is my main recreational site, and also I have a private journal online. It just has dates and moments for my own record. Blogging everyday would just promote narcissism, depression and time wasting for me-that's why I don't maintain a journal.
