BluffMaster

So Abishek Bacchan's Bluffmaster has been released and thus far its gotten some sweet reviews. The soundtrack is hot and the videos are really hot with him and Priyanka...especially the "Say Na" and "Right Here Right Now" video...
I plan on watchin it tonight (I end up watching a lot of bogus since I got a desi theatre that plays ONLY desi movies just ten minutes from my place...but I hope this will be entertaining)
Has anyone else seen it yet?

just saw it last night..inspired by Matchstick men with an indian twist at the end..

woulda been better if it carried the same ending, but they wanted to please the masses instead..

overall, a theek thaak flick with a slick presentation and good performances and songs..

I saw it at Naz Cinema in Fremont this past week, and honestly..the previews were better than the film. Watch it on DVD. Actually, my sis said its a copy of "The Game." As for the music, Say Na and the Bure Bure song are catchy so the soundtrack is worth buying.

I didnt think the story line was good and acting sucked. I think Abishek is good but not for this movie. This movie makes him look pretty stupid. Also, i think Priyanka is a terrible actress. She is really bad!! Nana Patheker was good...the whole movie sucked butt.

Lionheart: Ek Ajnabi is a copy of Denzel's move Man on Fire which totally rocks. I recommend that over Ek Ajnabi..

I want to see Home Delivery with my man Vivek..what a hottie!!

badmaash...did you go to the noth bergen theatre? Why is it ridiculously difficult to get seats for a movie these days?!? anyway...my second attempt at going to see bluffmaster was successful (sold out the first time)...the movie was good...orsang's review pretty much sums it up...everyone acted really well in this movie...and i must agree with Seema...the songs and background score are off the hook....even the instrumental scores were REALLY awesome...

i went to go see Dosti, but it had already started, so i didn't bother checking it out..but alotta people were walking outa a theater, so i started asking them what movie they saw and if they liked it..

they actually thought i was a reporter, and stopped for a few minutes to tell me bout the movie..they were all prob wondering where the mic and camera were..lol

in any case, everyone loved Bluffmaster and highly recommended it..my dho cents ;)

Nana always reminds me of the dialogue "Ek machhar sala admi ko hijra bana deta hai" :P lame but funny

I really enjoyed his small role in Darna Mana hai

Nana is by far, one of the best actors... if you watch him in interviews, he's straight serious...

kind of scary...

I love Nana as much as you do, but I felt he had been letting me down after Khamoshi. His performances had degenerated into the narcissistic cr@p that kamal hassan is doing these days. Good to see him back though in Ab Tak Chhappan and now Bluff-master! He's refreshingly good in this movie and from what I've heard he won't let us down in Apharan either.

Checked out Bluff-master this weekend, so thought I'd share my thoughts here. The script by Sridhar Raghavan borrows sparingly from Nine Queens, Do aur Do Panch, and The Game. But, still comes out with a clever story, original cons, and best of all some awesome one-liners. The eclectic soundtrack is well-picturized. Abhishek is cool, Priyanka hot, and Ritesh Deshmukh pretty good. The MVP of the film is, without a doubt, Nana Patekar! You'll see what I mean when you watch it.

Although Rohan Sippy does a better job directing this time than his debut flick Kuchh naa Kaho, he still has a long way to go. The pacing of the narration doesn't gel with the energy. They could've done a better job editing as well.

Bottom Line: This is a paise-vasool flick. I don't think it'll go down in the Bollywood history books, but definitely worth watching!
