Well Alia, thanks. But don't go yet, make the Indo-Pak explanation relevant but telling us if you know any "Indo-Pak Nigerian" except of course our friend here Juan-Pablo? I want to meet some.

If there is nayone on this site reading this, please mail me or salaam-me!

In Chicago, there's a large Indian-Pakistani community and we have a bustling South East Asian neighborhood. The local merchants and restaurant owners abbreviate term Indian-Pakistani as "Indo-Pak" on many of their signs.

Cool! I finally had something to contribute.

Hmmmmmmmm........ );

Salam Alaykum,

I lived in the northern part of Nigeria for sometime, in fact I was born in Kano and started schooling in Kaduna. I did not come across the Indo_Pak Nigerians while I lived in the north?

Anyway may be it was just my time. (H)

BTW what is the definition of Indo-Pak Nigerians?

Fro/Pablo: Are there really a large Indo-Pak Nigerians? How come I never saw any of you when I used to live in Nigeria?

There could be a few, but not large as posited by Alia.

There seems to be a large Indo-Pak diaspora. Hope that you get to connect up with other African and Indo-Pak Nigerians.
