Wasif20--Thanks bro!

May Allah make me better than what you think of me, forgive me for what you don't know about me, and not hold me accountable for what you think of me.

Yeah no ice cream is obviuosly the best!!--the problem with low sugar ice cream is that it is full of "sugar alcohols" like maltitol, glycerin, etc..and that can cause major stomach problems and may even cause greater fat storage in the long run..If you must do it, a good time to eat sugary foods is right after a hard workout--this can actually help exercise recovery and not cause as much fat storage as if you had eaten the sugar without exercising first...

Arent low fat icecreams just high in sugar and partially hydrogenated fats?? I think low-sugar ice cream is better, but the best is no ice cream at all....flabulous!

"Where do you start if u are really out of shape?"

Anyone can get into shape, here are a few small tips you can add to your daily routine to shed some fat:

1) Eat small meals throughout the day rather than a few large ones--don't overeat..
2) Do some cardio like a brisk walk three times a week for 30-40 minutes first thing in the morning on an empty stomach--drink plenty of water and a cup of coffee before the cardio to burn more fat.
3) Don't eat any carbs and fat at night--just protein and
fiber.
4) Do some weight training at least three times a week-even if its push-ups and crunches at home.
5) Make better bad choices--like baked chips instead of the regular ones and low fat ice cream instead of the full fat versions. CONTROL THE PORTIONS.

Thats it, these tips can help you get in shape fast! Now its time to do it!!!!
