Poeple react differently to these type products--depends how sensitive you are to stimulants, if you take them on an empty stomach, how long you have been taking them, etc...

no ray, XenadrineEFX (note: the ephedra free version) wasnt that powerful - atleast not for me. I found a cup of black coffee to be equally energising.
