i would say the paki diet is the worst one. Naan, greesy oil...

We cook all our saalan in olive oil (which is kinda good fat).. and i eat it with brown bread instead of roti. I try to avoid roti as much as possible

most people use ghee and white aata , which is simple carbs and bad fats.

see in order to get cut you have to eliminate much carbohydrates as possible (course without depleting yourself entirely of it). Roti as we know is a form of complex carbs otherwise known as starch. Eating carbs in itself doesn?t really do much harm but wut occurs is that as long as ur eating carbs ur body will use this fuel (carbs) to maintain itself at a cool cruising level of your daily BMR and storing left over fuel as fat without burning any of the fat which it stored up from all the previous indulgences of briyani, nahari and naans. So as long as u keep hittin your local dhaaba for butter naans there is really no way to cut down on your deeply rooted fat, hence this fat clusters will forever hide your muscle definition keeping your body from looking cut. Read my article ?too much rooti will make you mooti" in health and fitness village for more info.

hmmm... My newly-health fanatic uncle in FL found some ultra low-carb pita/roti/tortilla's he uses w/ his food. He's all smiles!

ya i buy wheat tortilla's from the store...warm em up in a pan w/o oil..I like how they taste, and they have about 190 calories each--decent.
