Can Memons Dance?

Okay, I need to know. What's the deal with Memons?

I mean, what differentiates them from your average, ordinary typical everyday Muslim boy or girl?

Can Memons dance? Wear make-up? Wear gold wedding rings? Dare to expose their hair to strangers? Can Memons walk hand in hand down the sidewalk? Do Memons make more money? Are they better in bed?

I don't know as that I mean any disrespect, but I really want to know what the big deal is. I mean this is the 2nd village I've found devoted to Memons. So they must be something important or special somehow.

I just want someone to tell me why!

Thanks!

Memons don't confirm to your low moral and cultural standards.

You never deserved a reply but still I thought to make you aware of your low standard of thinking. You have to elevate your intellectual capacity to appreciate other cultural groups.

Having a Pakipride group is great but that's like having an American pride group. It simplifies everyone as just an American. I'm more than an American, I'm a Hoosier American. I'd join an Indiana Group before I joined an American Pride group because I'd have more in common with a Hoosier than I would with some who lived in Cali, but still lived in the US. Being Memon our parents raised us with mainly the same values as other Paks but some of our influences are different. I'm making a bald stereotype and it may even be wrong, please correct me if I am. But Punjabis in my community have no problem with dancing, my family does. Memon's are raised to go into business fields rather than the Paki stereotype of engineers and Doctors. Not that Memons don't want their kids to be doctors but engineers aren't that big of a deal (in my opinion) to the Memon community. Does anyone else agree or disagree?! Naseeb is mainly Desi (in my opinion) so to have a PakiPride group would be redundant because most Naseebers are Paki.

Well what a let-down! And here I was thinking I could have a handsome, rich, awesome-in-the-sack Memon to marry. Oh well. So they're nothing different from Punjabi and Urdu and Sindhi and Mujahis or whatever that M-one is. Then what's the point in having all these little villages? Why not just make one huge Pakistani United village and be done with it?

LOL memons make more money! OK have you seen how many villages are dedicated to Punjabis and Hydros....i mean us memons are few in number but we're tryin. Theres no difference b/w us and other muslims...its just memoni is a dialect of urdu like punjabi and sindhi and gujrati
