I agree that the violence is not the answer. We should, surely, develope mutual respect. But the keyword is MUTUAL.

I do not condone violence in any form and I think the best reaction would be economic measures rather than flag burning or gun waving. We all share the same planet and should work on developing a better understanding and mutual respect for each other.

There is a difference between condemning and strongly condemning. Even saying that we strongly condemn doesn't help in the religious issues such as this one, specially in an emotional nation.

I believe the Pak government did condemn the publication of cartoons.

We always ask these questions but never tried to find out the answers.
In this case, in my opinion, if Government of Pakistan had condemned the Danish actions strongly, this would not have come this far. I am in no way trying to defend these actions.
But on the other hand, this is not a small issue. We as Muslims should protest this to the fullest.
Now my question is, what do you do if peacful protests (in civilized manners) dont do anything and we dont see any diplomatic effort as well?

Why cant ppl express their opinions in a civilized manner?
