...yes! I do remember EWOKS the cartoon...the real life character in the original Star Trek movies freaked me out though when I was a kid...

...yeah, I do remember the episode and the blue big eared ball of fur ORKO!

...Care Bear COUNTDOWN...sooooo cuuuuute :D

...do you remember STARBRIGHT Or was it Rainbow Bright? and My little Pony...and one of my favourites was Strawberry Shortcake cartoons too...did you ever see Fraggle Rock?

weren't the cartoons soooo cute and clean when we were younger

....they've been pretty horrifically violent and filled with double entendres in the past decade or more....I think the Smurfs, Cabbage Patch kids, Strawberry, Care Bears are having a revival of some sort...

I'm glad cause I am sick of watching little kids watching precocious over the top cartoons

....like Dora though...pretty educational...her voice is too squeaky ...haha.....I watch it with my very young cousins...

todays cartoons suck ,
they lack the origin of the likes of xmen, spider man! etc etc.

e.g. The justice league on cartoon network dont overlook the beauty of the characters to provide great entertainment based on biases by the viewer. They have too many morals etc blah blah. Now days everyone is trying to teach kids self respect, responsibility, equality in races, culture etc etc.

Imiss the days when u could watch cartoons without the need to count how many times you would get a lecture type dialogue from the main characters.
Now spiderman , DID have some ethics to teach, e.g. Girls dont dig guys who are not honest and have better thngs to do, and xmen taught us that chicksssss dig bad boys like wolverine, he always got the hotties.

Looking at shows like thundercats, they had no concept of education. it was simple kick as$ and ask questions later. cheesy dialogues but powerfl scenes of intense pain and victory. As far as i can see, cartoons now days are rip offs of our cartoon days, even power rangers in the initial glory was only starting to have some sort of reality check on races. they had the black power ranger and yellow chinese ranger. (who was hot btw)

sigh. i need to watch more old cartoons, im sure i can dig out more things

nahee...storm is dark! and dangerious, she is wise but loose. her power is un imagineable, true! she doesnt get the attention thus we dont see how much of a personality she is.

:) atleast u like gambit :P

sorry afaq! lol. u r right, x-men is not "girly". it is a universal good. :) i liked gambet's mysteriousness. if i had to do a cartoon... i'd do gambet and if i were to marry a cartoon, i'd marry the beast. :)

storm is boring.
