Change of field, could use some help.

Assalamu-Alaikum

I have recently decided to forego a career in corporate law and have chosen instead to focus on practicing in civil rights.

If anybody could help me in finding a suitable emplyer in this regard, I would greatly appreciate it. My initial preference would be to practice in either in Virginia or North Carolina. I would be willing to consider other jurisdictions.

btw, i heard shareef akeel speak at a naml mtg at isna last year.. oh man, to do what he is doing. anyway, look him up and email him. it couldnt hurt. hes not where you want to be but try anyway. im sure he has leads
