Kaniza: Yummy recipe for chapli kabab! Bihari kabab are made from beef, are shaped in strips similar to those used for gyro meat, and are softened with various spices and, from my understanding, guava juice. They are absolutely yummy! You must try them. They are available at most Pakistani restaurants.

ive had my share of chapli kababs...made at home and bought from those street vendors in pak....and the street vendors get my vote hands down....
