Cheap Chic

Does anyone know any really cheap beauty products that work well, particularly hair products or cosmetics? I recommend Suave hair products...they are not bad.

ooh albertsons! thankS! i'll try it. right now we have some big ol' bottle of shampoo and conditoner that my sis bought from this fancy shmancy salon she went to. she got a "trim" for $85!!! I think she just paid the price for a "snooty, upscale" place. o'well... so she bought the stuff from there. it's ok. not ALL that but still pretty nice. i'll let it run out before getting the JF brunette.

thanks!

ok so i'm totally into nice stuff but i just discovered the RANDOMEST and best beauty find:

Wet and Wild lipgloss! i swear to God, i'm not kidding! there's like ONE color that is just awesome on me. it's like called mocha glaze or something, and it has a number hmmm oh wait it's here in my purse. hold...

ok i couldnt find it cuz my purse is INSANE but i DID find a lot of other REALLY good cheap stuff:

loreal lash out mascara - blackest black. no clumps, AWESOME lashes. better than mac if u ask me. :)

loreal glam shine lipgloss: princess (820) a lil on the pricey side at like 7-8 bucks but SO worth it!

hmm what else?

purpose moisterizer fo sho! (12-14 bucks)

revlon colorstay eyeliner pencil

sheesh i cant believe i'm giving away all my cheap makeup secrets! lol.

john frieda? i dunno. i mean i use it cuz i'm a total sucker for packaging, but honestly i dont know if it doesn anything....i think it's like mostly psychological.

if u have limp greasy hair pantene sheer volume is really nice. :P

hey while i'm at it, i'll throw in a couple other favs of mine:

nars casino bronzer
bobbi brown shimmer brick in apricot (AMAZING!)
body shop liquid brown eyeliner. (this stuff does wonders for me!)
mac stick foundation (yay!) and studio fix AND blush :)

ok have fun shopping!!!

For lip gloss try MACs Lip Glass in clear. It can go over ur favourite lipstick and give it a beautiful shine and also looks great without any colour, just the glassy shine, not very expenisve either.

biolage shampoo is good if you have highlites and abba conditioner is good for dry hair, this is mostly a good option for ppl who color their hair.

What is a good shade for the lip gloss? I am not very fair-skinned, but I am not dark either...I have a typical in-between Desi complexion. Also, does the Jon Frieda shampoo lighten the hair at all? I don't dye my hair.

i really like l'oreal's glam shine lip gloss...very simmilar to lancome's lipgloss but at a very resonable price!
