: my friend had a child during her marriage who she thinks may not be her husband's child. She is too embarrassed to ask anyone and obviously would not want the husband to know. However, I am curious.
What is the Islamic view of a child born "in wedlock"
but whose father may not be the husband?
If they divorce, would my friend's husband have any obligation to the child?
