Circuit

So I am on Week 2 of doing circuits with the trainer. We did 3 days last week, focusing on different parts of my body. I usually stay after and do cardio, as well as coming 3 days a week for cardio on my own.

Today we were back to Day 1. I am hating Day 1, as I dislike the BASU (I think that is how you spell it). I had to do all my exercises on it...biceps, triceps, shoulders...all in a LUNGE position the entire time. I hate lunges.

"Let your legs shake! Belly to your spine! Bend your knees! Keep your weight on your heels! I wouldn't make you do this if I didn't think you could do it!"

Man alive.

Stick to it. Better yet embrace it because your going to have to continue it without a trainer pushing you in the future.

I tell you, I sweat more doing that then just cardio. It could be the "jump on the bike!" or "up and down the steps!" commands I get in between each exercise to keep my hear rate up.
