Clen+T3 stack?
Zbrehman, I've heard people talking about stacking T3 and Clen. I know the thyroid is a "dumb" gland that doesn't realize very easily that there is a surprlus of T3 in the system and therefore doesn't shut down easily. I've also heard that Clen is inferior to Ephedra. Any thoughts on this stack or just using T3 in general? Thanks!

Clenbutrol works almost same way as Ephedrine, The difference is that Ephedrine is out of your system in few hours where Clen lasts for few days. Clen accelrates heart rate less compared to ephedrine with same effect on fat cells. It also results in severe downregulation of Beta receptors which moderate amount of ephedra will not do. Cytomel is Better product then T3. Clen & Cytomel stack is very popular among Bodybuilders. You should never take any Thyroid stimulating product longer then 6 weeks with at least 8 weeks off period. I have seen people take cytomel while doing Growth hormone therapy and achieve great results. T3 or cytomel using alone will be useless unless you know for sure (through Bloodwork) that your Thyroid is underactive.
Getting down to 4-6% Body fat is very tricky & Hard , You have to be on "Competition Diet" 2-3 times before you can get down to that level. You can achieve it though With the right combination of Diet, Weight training & Cardio.
Inthamix786, I dunno about eating large cheese pizza's and losing that kind of weight lol. You could pull that off if you've already got the skinny "desi" metabolism, but, otherwise, is this true? You'd know better since I've never used Clen before. I've got genetics that make it easy to get big and extremely strong, al-Hamdu lillaah, but not real cut. I have to work extremely hard to get ripped so like I do cardio first thing in the morning, lift weights mid-day to late afternoon, then cardio again at night like 2 hours before bedtime. I currently weigh around 225lbs and I think my bodyfat is just over 10%, but I want to be around 210lbs even and totally ripped with below 10% bodyfat. If I could stay 225lbs and be below 10% bodyfat that'd be even better but I don't know how realistic that is :)
