Salams Gang,

This may sound a bit odd, but does anyone know if these guys are touring anytime soon in the US/Canada? I saw them back in 2000 when they came here to Detroit. They sound great live.

take care
Ali

Dear Cure members!

First off, thanks Reagents, sorry for the late reply! I appreciate that and here is an update :

Dear Naseebers, especially Cleveland Naseebers,

I hope all is well!

Johnny Hi-Fi, our band, has an incredible opportunity to put Asian-Americans on the map. We are bringing our own style of Brit-Pop Alt-Rock music to

The House of Blues

April 2, 2006 at 7:30pm

308 Euclid Ave.

Cle, OH 44114

Tickets: 216 523 BLUE johnnyhi-fi.com

The talent booker specifically stated if we get a good showing, then the gates will open for more Asian and South Asian artists to play at such venues across the country including South Asian/Pakistani dance troupes, music acts etc...

If you have a free evening and enjoy music resembling Coldplay, Radiohead, The Killers, Keane, Ash, Buckley, The Beatles, Pumpkins, Smiths, Cure, Weezer, and britpop in general. Come on down, we'll be having CD and T-shirt giveaway contests, and guest vocalists from the crowd!

See you soon!

Asif

They just toured last year for the release of their new album. It will probably be a while before they tour again.

I just checked the a chain of flowers website and there are no tours scheduled for 2005. I saw them twice last year, once at a festival in DC and then during the curiosa tour in NYC - Both great shows. They are awesome live and concerts were just as good as the previous tours I had been to. New album is not bad for a group that was supposedly done.

Agree with you & Blue-asphodel! When I saw them on the same tour (but in London), if it wasn't for the old skool classics (for me Wish album & prior), the concert would have been a let down...

I saw the Bloodflowers tour in I think 2000 in Houston and thought it rocked. No opening band and they played for 3 hours or so! But the newest album sucks a lot -- which breaks my heart to say, given how much I adore this band. I haven't heard anything about a tour recently.
