When i went to the masjid the imam told us that the Dhikr is very important because it helps us to vanquish our Cheytan...

i find Dhikr for 99 names, and other Istighfar so effective - practially medicinal. it literally shakes something within.
Allahumma innaka affuwaan karimun tuhibbul afva fafu anni.
