I already gained a pound from the first day of Ramadan!! I am the only fool who gains weight this month!! :(
My body gets mad at me for not eating all day so whenever i eat something, it holds on to it forever!! LOL
Here is another weight loss tip..........if you change all the liquids you take in to only water, 100% juice and skim/soy milk........you'll prob be cutting so many calories and carbs!!
I havent had regular soda in ages and diet only once in a while..........but think healthy!! What does ur body need, water..........vitamins.........and calcium!
Simple! Try it! Watch you'll prob see a difference! :D
