The majority of casualties are children, crushed under the collapse of their schools.
Currently, there is no road access to most of Kashmir, leaving the area only accesible by helicopter to transport support teams, and deliver medical and food supplies. As a result, survivors have been digging out other survivors and the dead, by hand, from beneath collapsed buildings.

While larger organizations will handle casualties, our donations can help the survivors, who are currently without shelter, food, water, or medical care.
