Discrimination in UAE
Boy....its been a while since I left UAE....but I have heard that this place has changed!
I was born and raised initially in UAE before my family moved on but I must say that one aspect I did not like about this place as a desi was the way we were looked down upon by others.
I am curious to know how that has changed now? I hear its gotten even worst. I know from the early days that they only wanted fair skinned people to go higher in the organizational levels while yet retain the folks from subcontinent for the blue collar levels (or even lower levels).
If I were to ever consider moving back (not to say I would but must admit the thought has often crossed my mind) would I be welcomed by a better or worst UAE in terms of discrimination?

The bouncer was "being racist and had a supremacist attitude towards me," said the person, who is an American citizen.
