Disagreement is inevitable, even those who lived with the Prophet disagreed. But disagreement doesn't have to mean enmity or antagonism.

Infact we can disagree and still still work-together using a multi-dimentional approach. Early scholars used to say: "Disagreement in the Ummah is a blessing."
