Pakistan has accepted indian help..
but ofcourse they cant accept indian soldiers there..all the terrain secrets ..after all they have fought 50 yrs for this regions liberation....
Plus Pakistan has enough man power..its the Air power which is required...

gosh...can you believe this....im currently watching the news and its reported that the indian soldiers on the indian side of kashmir have NOT been allowed to help those on the pakistan side of kashmir.

typical desi's....even in adverse conditions like these they still hold their differences :(

So i forgave him :)

But this also shows the US hasn't been helping as we expected it to. Yes, the British Rapid arrived very quickly with life detectors and things we didnt have and needed badly.

And Pakijunooni! Pakistan has the power and technology....?????? umm???? At this stage we need all that we can get and we cant be choosy about who /where is it coming from.

Yup you are right Meechi those are the new numbers that just came out this morning!

Pakijunooni: I dont think you have the right to call Musharaf a chamcha, I think thats the best he could do and did for his nation. Pakistan is doing a lot better than it was when Nawaz was running the country. All these a$$sholes like Nawaz, Bhutto and Zia drove the country to the $hitholes.. So please, dont sit here and blame Musaharaf.

Inshallah, our country will progress even more...They are doing a whole lot better than the ever were.

100K was from US Embassy in Islamabad - most immediate way of sending money and not the 'official' amount, either,

1 million given through USID via Red Cross,

50 million pledged as the initial 'official' donation from the US govt overall, along with several shipments of non monetary aid.

first of all.....us pakistanis do not need to depend on foriegn AID especially from the US, we need to stay as independent as possible, we need to harness technolgy and power from within, pakistan has the capability, and as far as US givin $100,000 thats a freaking joke, and the PAK government should throw it back at their faces, but Mr. Chamcha aka Musharraf, well, words cant describe what a whle this guy has dug up for out nation.

the sad thing is that all the US News channels are not giving much importance to this sad event. I have been trying to watch some TV news station that can give me more information. Thats just sad!!! Also, the US is sending out 8 helicopters tomorrow...WTF...i mean come on, its 2 days already...stupid american government. Its sad that the poor are always getting hurt...I just pray that these families will be ok and get through these hard times...Ameen
